This is my maternal grandfather Felder Layfield (in front) and his older siblings Bill & Elizabeth with their second cousin, Susie Frank Hart about 1919. The Layfield family lived in Brunswick, Georgia for several years (circa 1918-1921). This is the only image of the family taken at the beach while they lived in Brunswick. Like many people who live near the ocean, often the only time you go to the beach is when you have out-of-town company.
